A New Home And New Opportunities

Please take a few moments to watch the video below from our local director, Randy Nicholas, about our move to a new office location and “if God moves you to help us,” select a specific need listed below to help us prepare the new office for future growth opportunities.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS
To fund a needed item, click on the item description and you will notice that a little checkmark is attached to the top left corner of the image that represents the item needed. Then, you can increase the number of items if you wish… for example if you want to fund the purchase of 2 LED lights, etc. You can check more than one item or change the number for the amount of items. You can also click an item again to deselect it. At the bottom of the list, you will see a total of your donation before you proceed to the next step (click NEXT button).

PPG Paint (per gallon)

We are using paint from the local PPG / Pittsburg Paint store, It is a good quality indoor paint and is stain and mildew resistant. See the AI rendered images below to get an idea of the end result. Volunteers are helping pain to help keep the cost down. We'll use "sweat equity" whenever we can. We need 19 gallons.

LED Ceiling Light Panels (per light)

Lithonia LED ceiling light panels purchased locally from Lowe's, replacing these units will help brighten up the office and save on energy. They are 2' x 4' sealed units with 5-year warranty. The old units were fluorescent type and many were in bad shape. We are using skilled volunteer help to swap these units out, thus saving a lot of money. We are VERY grateful for our volunteers! We need 23 lights.

Ceiling Tiles (10-pack)

Armstrong drop-in ceiling tiles to replace old stained tiles. These come in bundles of 10 and we need 20 tiles total to help the overall look of our new office space. This will also be purchased from our local Lowe's. We need 2 bundles.

New Flooring (total cost)

The biggest expense is for the flooring. We are using good quality vinyl plank in the entry / lobby area with commercial carpet squares in the bottom left office and throughout the upstairs area. The steps going up to the second floor will be regular roll carpet that matches the carpet squares. The AI rendering below will give a close representation of the finished product. In total, there is a bit more that 2200 sq. feet. Since this expense is the greatest ($11,000), we will break it down into $100 increments.
