Please take a moment to watch the video above for an introduction to our online (virtual) auction and fundraiser. This is an important fundraiser for our chapter and we are thankful that you will participate. Take special note of the bulleted items below that give you a snapshot of the specifics of the event. Be aware that we are using an online event / auction company to present our fundraiser. The company is called Event.Gives and when you participate, you will be on a website that was created for us to use on their system. It is secure and encrypted, so it is safe to use. The big red button above and below the video will take you to the auction site.

 

  • Auction site opens for viewing on Friday, Nov. 13.
    You can see all the auction items and see instructions about how to get started.
  • Live bidding starts Wednesday, Nov. 18 at noon.
    You can begin bidding and and monitor your process via smartphone or computer.
  • Bidding ends on Saturday, Nov. 21 at noon.
    Be sure to check things that morning to bid up and win!

Auction Tip: Be aware that this is not a typical live auction. It is similar to an eBay style auction where you make bids on a site and are notified if someone else outbids you. We strongly suggest that you join the auction with the “text” method as it will alert you almost instantaneously to bidding status.
