This fun event will “empower our efforts to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the children of Jackson and West Tennessee!” Dress attire is business casual; please call our office at 731-7362786 to reserve seats. Here’s what to expect:

The live auction will be shorter, featuring fewer but, larger themed-packages. We’ll have the following items and more. Our friend Marshall Anderson will officiate. He does an outstanding job.
- vacation get-a-ways (Ft. Walton Beach, FL — for example)
- sports-related outings (UT Vols football)
- family fun packages (trust us, they are good)
- an event date for the “Barn at Snider’s Farm” or “Twin Oaks” (based on availability)
- a 18’x20’ metal carport from Quality Outdoor Products (includes delivery & setup)
There will be a variety of silent auction items with something for everyone.

Come hungry! A wonderful meal will be provided by our friends at Brooksie’s Barn
Also, new this year are featured event, table, and media sponsors who have essentially covered the cost of the event. We are truly grateful for them. Sponsors will be recognized in various media venues, communications, and during the event

We encourage you to put this on your calendar and pray for the event to be a success. Even though we want it to be a fun event, we also want you to know that your support will impact the lives of hundreds of children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As the event approaches, we will post a downloadable sheet with the auction item list and complete sponsor and donor list. Be watching for it! Tell your friends and neighbors and Sunday school classmates to join you. Make it a group activity.

VERY IMPORTANT: call our office to reserve a seat or seats. RSVP NOW please. This will help us plan for food and adiquate seating. Call 731-736-2786. If you do not get an answer, leave us a message and we will call you back. PLEASE NOTE: some people may misunderstand our inclusion of “table sponsors” this year. Our valued sponsors are supporting the event and our ministry – BUT – they want YOU to help fill the seats. We truly want our past supporters and individuals to join us for the auction.
